Five. Mom did five no-handed sit to stands today. That’s a massive jump from two days ago.
We skipped them yesterday. I will eventually add in another exercise routine on alternate days, but for now we’re doing no-handed sit to stands every other day.
I think the difference is that we exercised at night two days ago. Today we did them in the morning. She’s stronger in the morning. She’s rested. I think I’m just going to let her do as many as she can each day rather than try to stick with a set number per day and gradually increasing that number.
